First of all: the classic troubleshooting - the reboot. To turn your console off and on again, follow these steps:- First restart the game.
- If this doesn't help, press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until the Xbox turns off.
- Press the Xbox button again to restart the console.
- If this also does not help, you should delete the game as a last step and reinstall.
Xbox One games no longer start: test network connection
In some cases, the reason for startup problems with Xbox One games can be a disrupted Internet connection. Therefore, check the network connection as follows:- Open the guide with the Xbox button.
