How to create a GIF on your Samsung phone

By a GIF, most people mean a funny, soundless animation that is distributed across various platforms on the Internet. A Graphics Interchange Format file are images or sequences of images that have been converted into this compressed format. Thus, they require less storage space and can be shared more easily. If you want to create your own GIF, this works with the help of apps like Giphy Cam. However, with a Samsung smartphone, it is also possible to create a GIF directly.

1. To do this, go to the camera of your Samsung smartphone.
2. Select the "gear" icon to open the settings.
