Football Manager 2021: Install tactics - how to do it

Thanks to the beta pre-access, fans of the series were able to get started with Football Manager 2021 before the official release. Since the community is very active, it's worth taking a look at new tactics as early as possible.

Convenient and efficient: the community provides many proven tactics for FM 2021.

Tactics are the foundation of your gameplay and determine victory or defeat. In Football Manager 2021, this is even more true due to the increased depth of the game.

Football Manager 2021: How to install tactics

If you have played any of the predecessors, the options in Football Manager 2021 are already familiar:

• If you play on Steam, you can open the workshop there and simply select and activate prefabricated tactics.
• Manually it also works by downloading tactics from community sites like fmscout.com as .fmf files and placing them in the "tactics" folder. This can be found under "Documents", "Sports Interactive" and "Football Manager 2021".

In all cases, you can then load the new tactic in the tactics window in the game.
