Uncharted 4: Diary Notes - how to find them

There are several diary notes hidden in Uncharted 4, which will give you important information if you find and collect them. We'll explain how many diary notes there are in the game in total and in which chapters exactly they can be found here.

In Uncharted 4, you will find a variety of diary entries in the form of letters and notes that contain important information. All diary notes are marked with a document icon and can be collected by pressing the triangle key. You can see how many diary notes you have already collected at any time under "Statistics" > "Treasures and collectibles". If you have found all diary notes, you will receive the trophies "Take note" and "Lost story".

Uncharted 4: In these chapters you will find the diary notes

The total of 22 diary notes can be found in chapters 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20 and 21. In chapters 8 and 9, you will find one note each in the catacombs under the cemetery and next to the column with a skeleton.

1. In chapter 10, two notes are to be collected in the cave behind the waterfall and in the well.
2. Two more notes can be found when playing chapters 12 and 13 respectively.
