How to take your phone number with you at Aldi Talk

There are several ways to take your phone number with you when you change your contract.

1. If you want to take your phone number with you after your contract with Aldi Talk has expired, Aldi will collect a fee for this service. You have to pay 24.95 euros so that Aldi releases the number.
2. If you want to take your phone number from another provider to Aldi Talk, you will receive a credit of 25 euros for it. How the credit is to be made, you can determine yourself and individually agree.
3. You can also, while you still have a running contract with Aldi Talk, take your phone number to a new provider. This is free of charge for you. However, you must continue to pay the fee for the intended contract period.

If you already know that you want to use a new provider shortly before the expiration of your contract with Aldi Talk, then you should ensure that the two contracts overlap for a short time. That way, you won't pay a fee at Aldi Talk and usually you'll also receive a credit from the new provider for taking your old number with you.
