Subnautica - Build Cyclops and use it properly

To pass the campaign in Subnautica or explore the underwater world with a mobile base, you need the submarine "Cyclops". Once you build it, you'll not only be able to make many discoveries, but you'll also face new dangers.

How to build a Cyclops boat

Before you start building the submarine, you need to find and unlock the blueprints for all three modules. After that, you can start building:

1. It is important that you are already in possession of a mobile vehicle station when you start building. In the Kelp Forest you will find everything you need for this.
2. For the construction you will need the following materials: 3x plastic steel ingots to 1 titanium ingot and 2 lithium each; 3x enameled glass to one glass and one stalker tooth each; 1x lubricant from a creeper seed clump; 1x extended cable set from 2 table coral samples, 3x gold, 1x copper wire and 2x silver ore; 3x lead
3. Don't be alarmed if you get an error message during the first attempt. This is because you will need to move your mobile vehicle station to deeper waters to do so.
4. Once you have successfully completed the build, you will be gifted the construction plan for the Cyclops cargo bay extension.

Properly controlling the Cyclops

To meet the new challenges and dangers, you will need to take time to properly master the controls of the Cyclops. In doing so, you should make sure that you can read all the displays correctly. Because only then you can recognize dangers and problems in time and act accordingly.
