If you have a new smartphone and would now like to apply for the ALDI TALK Nano SIM that goes with it, you can conveniently order it or pick it up directly at the store. Even if you change your cell phone again, where you may need a different SIM card format, this is usually possible without any problems.

How to apply for the ALDI TALK Nano SIM

By now, only a Nano SIM card fits into most current smartphones. You have several options to apply for this at ALDI TALK.

1. Online: Log in with your customer data under "My ALDI TALK." In the "My data" area, click on the "My SIM card" submenu and then select "Order replacement card".
2. Service hotline: You can also order a replacement SIM card via the service hotline. For your identification, you will need your PUK. You can find this, for example, in your personal area under "My ALDI TALK".
3. Alternatively, you can also reach the support via the contact form. Scroll all the way down on the ALDI TALK website and click on "Contact". You can use the form to ask questions about applying for a Nano SIM card.
4. In the last step, you just need to activate your new SIM card.

How to get the Nano SIM format

If you buy a SIM card from ALDI TALK in stores or order online, you will automatically be handed a Triple SIM card. This combines all three common SIM card formats. So if you now need a nano SIM card, you can simply break the smallest format carefully out of the holder. Tip: If you already have an ALDI TALK SIM card and want to continue using it, you can also simply cut it to the Nano format.
