Blood Origin: Back to the origins of the witcher

In the meantime, it has been officially confirmed that Blood Origin is in planning. There are not too many concrete details yet, but there are some interesting facts:

• In terms of time, Blood Origin takes place about 1,200 years before The Witcher. The focus is to be the origin story of the witcher.
• The author of the Witcher books, Andrzej Sapkowski, will participate as a consultant, as he did for the Witcher series.
• The series will include six episodes. Whether it is planned as a miniseries or continuous, remains to be seen.

Fans of the Witcher franchise can thus look forward to another series adventure, even if this will be without cult wizard Geralt of Riva. More details about the cast is just as little known as the release date.
