But also sharing comments multiple times and identical comments can lead to this message.

1. Instagram suspects that there is a bot behind your account if you perform repeated actions. For this reason, you will receive the message. Thus, repeated activities are blocked directly.
2. The block can be active for different lengths of time. It depends on how often you have already received the message or how often the actions have been repeated.
