Valheim: How fast travel works - all info

Per fast travel you move swiftly through the game world, but especially in survival games this is usually linked to special requirements. This is also the case in Valheim and we explain how it works.

The world of Valheim is surprisingly large. All the more pleasant is the possibility of fast travel. This, however, you must work out.

Because for fast travel you need portals:

• You must build these yourself and then place them in the desired locations.
• Per portal you need 10 Grey Dwarf Eyes, 2 Surtling Cores and 20 Noble Wood.
• While you can collect the Grey Dwarf Eyes quite early in the Grasslands, you can find Surtling Cores in dungeons and with the Surtlings in the Swamp Biome. Noble wood you get with the help of the bronze axe of birch and oak trees.

If the portals are set up, you can travel between them without delay. Note, however, that not all items can take this journey - the note "Can not be teleported" can be found in the description of the corresponding items, for example, all ores and their products such as bronze.
