Huawei P30: How to create a screenshot using a shortcut

If you want to take a photo of the current screen content of your Huawei P30, there are three methods available. The quickest way is to create a screenshot via keyboard shortcut. To do so, press the "On/Off button" and the "Volume down button" of your device simultaneously and wait until you hear a beep. You will now see a preview of the created screenshot in the lower left corner of the Huawei P30 and can tap it to go directly to the image.

In addition to using a shortcut, creating a screenshot on the Huawei device is also possible with the screenshot shortcut. Here, first swipe down twice from the top edge of the screen to open the quick settings and tap the "scissors icon" there to take a screenshot.

1. In the third available method, the screenshot is taken using a knuckle gesture. Depending on whether you want to capture the entire screen content or just a part of it, you need to tap the screen twice or just once.
