How to back up your Honor View 20 data to an SD card

To perform a data backup or to create a backup of your Honor View 20 is useful to protect your personal files from loss. Even if you reset your Honor View 20, a backup is useful to be able to restore the device afterwards.

1. To perform a data backup of the Honor View 20, you can use, for example, an SD card.
2. To do this, insert it into the device and navigate to "Data backup" > "Backup" > "Other method" > "SD card".
3. Tap on "Next" there, select the data to be saved and create the backup by tapping on "Backup".

If you do not have an SD card, the data backup is also possible on another connected USB storage medium. To do so, open the "Backup" app again, go to "Backup" > "Other method" > "USB storage" and select the data for backup after tapping "Next".
