Surface Pro 6: Pen does not write - this may be the problem

The Surface Pen can be used to operate all Surface Pro tablets. You can write, draw and use many other functions with it. However, it may happen that the Pen is recognized, but writing with it does not work. This problem can be solved easily.

Why isn't the Pen writing on Surface Pro 6?

If the Pen isn't writing on Surface Pro, it may be a driver issue or incorrect settings.

1. Apply another user and try using the Pen with them.
2. Start troubleshooting the Pen. Do this by typing "problem" in the search bar at the bottom. In the results, tap "Troubleshoot" and then tap the pen in the list.
