Cancel Amazon Video - how to return your order

On Amazon Video you can order various movies, series or individual seasons. The content is then available to you as a digital download or stream on the site. However, if you make a mistake in your selection, Amazon offers you the option to cancel the video.

How to get a refund for video content

If you made a mistake when ordering your Amazon Video, Amazon offers you the option to get a refund. To do this, however, you must meet certain requirements.

1. Once you have started the download or started streaming, the order is considered complete. A cancellation is then no longer possible.
2. A cancellation is also only possible within 14 days.
3. You cancel by going to the top right on your name and then on "My Orders".
4. Search for the video in the list and click on "Cancel Order".

Should you not be able to fulfill one of these two requirements, you will have to contact Amazon Support willy-nilly. There you have, among other things, the possibility to describe your problem in live chat.

1. Go to the Amazon page on the Amazon support.
2. Now log into the account in which you have placed the order.
3. Select "Digital Services".
4. Then go on to "Amazon Video".
5. In the options now look for "accidental orders and returns".
6. Now you can decide on a preferred way to contact you. At this point, you should use the chat if possible to save time to come to a solution.
