Charging the iWatch: How to fill up the battery

To avoid being suddenly surprised by an inactive watch, you should always make sure that the battery of your Apple Watch is sufficiently charged. On the display you will find an indicator that allows you to see the current battery level and thus know when the watch needs to be charged.

You should regularly check how much battery your Apple Watch has left to avoid unexpected failures.

1. To check the battery level, swipe the watch face up slightly to open the control center.
2. The percentage indicator reflects how proportionately the battery is still charged.
3. From a battery level below 30 percent, you should consider charging the watch gradually.
4. Now tap the battery percentage indicator, and then move the Power Reserve slider to use the reserve.

How to charge the Apple Watch

1. To charge the Apple Watch, first remove it from your wrist.
2. Now connect the included magnetic charging cable to the Apple Watch.
