Android: Recovery Mode - how to save your smartphone
Smartphone and tablet are used almost every day for various tasks. It is all the more annoying when there are problems with the device. If your Android device has hung up or other errors occur, it is a good idea to put it into recovery mode.
Save your Android smartphone using recovery mode
The recovery mode of an Android smartphone can help you fix errors. Especially in situations where other solutions no longer help, you can use the mode to save your smartphone.- To put your smartphone into Recovery Mode, turn it off if possible and connect it to a power source first.
- On a Samsung, you enter the mode by pressing the Power and Volume Up buttons and the Home button at the same time. Starting with the Samsung 8, you need to press the Bixby button instead of the home button. When the logo appears, release the buttons.
- If you have an HTC smartphone, hold down the Volume Down button and then press the Power button briefly. Do this until you see the Android icon.
- To enter the mode on a Huawei, press and hold the power button and the volume up button until you see the Android man.
- On LG, press the volume down button instead of the volume up button.
