What to do if the printer does not print

You have installed a printer and already used it successfully, but now it suddenly does not want to print? If so, you can quickly restore the printer's functionality in just a few steps.

First, make sure that the printer is properly connected to a power source and your computer. Furthermore, be sure that there is paper in the printer. Empty ink cartridges can also be the reason why the printer does not print. It should be noted that if there are several cartridges in the printer, the printing process will no longer succeed as soon as one cartridge is empty.

If the problem persists, try other ways to solve the problem on the computer:

1. Check whether you have also selected the correct printer as the destination for the print job. Sometimes it happens that another model is included in the network and was selected by mistake when starting the process.
2. Next, enter "Control Panel" in the Windows search box and select the entry. Open the menu item "Devices and Printers" and display the print jobs. If your print job is still there, cancel it and start it again. To cancel, select the job and right-click in the window and select the appropriate menu item.
