Windows: Print multiple documents at once

If you have multiple documents that you want to print, it can be very annoying to commission each document individually. Therefore, Windows provides a way to print multiple documents at once. It works easily by using the Markup feature.

How to print multiple documents at once in Windows

When you want to print a document, you would usually open it and then select "Print" in the options. When printing multiple documents at once, things are a little different.
  1. Open Explorer by pressing the Windows key + E.
  2. Navigate to the folder containing the files you want to print. If they are not all in the same folder, copy them all into one folder before proceeding to the next step.
  3. Mark all documents by clicking on the top document, then holding down the Shift key, the key above the Control key, and then pressing on the last document in the folder. Alternatively, you can drag a square with the mouse to highlight all files.
  4. Now right-click on one of the highlighted files and select the "Print" option. This option will not be visible if there are more than 15 documents. So be sure to have a maximum of 15 documents marked at once.
