Galaxy Z Fold 2: How to perform the hard reset

If nothing works on your smartphone and you now need to perform a hard reset, you can reset the Galaxy Z Fold 2 to factory settings via the settings. This is also recommended if you want to sell your phone. A soft reset, on the other hand, only deletes temporary files, which only cleans the working memory.

1. Before you choose the drastic method of the hard reset, you should first try whether you can turn your smartphone on and off.

3. Now go to the item "General Management" and select it by tapping.
