Disney Plus: No sound - how to solve the problem

You can access Disney Plus content via the website or an app. Since this is a stream, you will need a constant internet connection to watch the movies and series. If you do not hear any sound, then this can have different causes.

Through the streaming provider Disney Plus you have access to numerous movies and series. To access it, you need an account and a constant Internet connection. Depending on the device you use, you may also need to download the app. If you do not hear any sound during your stream, then this can have different causes.

1. First check whether you have selected the correct output device on your computer. To do this, go to the "Sound Settings" and select a different device if necessary.
2. Also restart the device you are using and then restart the app to fix errors in the short memory.
3. Disney Plus does not currently support Dolby Atmos. Therefore, you will not receive sound in this case. Here you can only wait until the audio playback is supported again.
4. If none of the above points applies to you, then the only option is to contact the customer service of Disney Plus to possibly locate and fix the error.
