Dead by Daylight Cheats - what you need to know

In the horror multiplayer Dead by Daylight you are either a killer or a survivor. The killer's job is to catch the survivors, while as a survivor it's a matter of dodging the killer and escaping the game area alive. However, not all players use fair means to win.

Cheats in Dead by Daylight

Since Dead by Daylight is purely multiplayer, there are no cheats from the developer side that you could use to cheat. Nevertheless, some players manage to cheat using third-party software and thus spoil the fun for others. To stop that as well, developer Behaviour Digital Inc. uses an anti-cheat that automatically detects when players cheat.

• Whoever is caught cheating by the anti-cheat will be banned from the game. As a rule, the ban also affects the Steam profile, so that this is also blocked.
• The hacks for Dead by Daylight are often paid programs that can be purchased in the form of a subscription model.
• After updates for the game, most hacks are disabled for the time being, because they have to be readjusted.

Caution Malware

Most of the supposed hacks often hide malware. If you install this on your computer, it is possible that data is stolen or the computer is even paralyzed by the malware. If this is the case, you can often only remove the malware with special programs or, in extreme cases, by restarting the computer.
