The shortcut for repeating is especially useful in Office programs such as Word and Excel. Other processes can also always be repeated with the shortcut.- Using the mouse, you can use the action via your quick launch bar in Word or Excel. This is located at the top left of your screen and can be expanded as desired. The icon is a counterclockwise arrow held in a circle. - Much easier and less cumbersome is the use of a keyboard shortcut. The shortcut for this is "Ctrl" and "Y". Perform your desired action first with the help of your mouse. Then you can use the shortcut as often as you like.
