Renew or activate Norton subscription

To ensure that your Norton products are always provided with new updates and that you can use all features, you need an active subscription. If you have purchased the software directly from the Norton online store or from a service provider, the product will be activated automatically during installation as soon as you log in with your Norton user account. For activation to work, your computer must be connected to the Internet.Follow these steps to renew your subscription:

1. Start your Norton product.
2. Click the Norton icon in the system tray and select "Open" under "Device Security" in "My Norton."
3. Click "Renew" at the bottom of the main window, then click "Buy Subscription."
