How to renew your Norton license

If you use Norton Security, your PC or laptop is protected by the program against viruses and other malware. However, for the protection to be active, you always need a valid license. If the license for your product has expired or is about to expire, it is necessary to renew it.

1. To renew your Norton license, please start your Norton product first.
2. Then navigate to "My Norton", click "Open" next to the "Device Security" entry and select that you want to renew your Norton product.
3. In the "Subscription" dialog box, still click "Buy Subscription" and confirm the renewal by clicking "Buy Now".
4. When prompted, please enter your Norton account credentials and check the information to pay for the license renewal.

Renew Norton license with product key

If you have purchased a product key for your Norton product, you can use it to renew your license. To enter the product key, please launch Norton Security and navigate to "My Norton" > "Device Security". Then click "Help" in the main window and enter the product key under "Account information" > "Enter product key".
