Even without an external skill, Alexa can read aloud to you from Wikipedia, as this capability is already built into the software. All you have to do is formulate a corresponding (logical) command, for example "Alexa, how big is the radius of the Earth?"

• However, you will then only receive an abbreviated explanation. This is often sufficient, but sometimes not.
• In this case, third-party skills are needed for exactly this purpose. With Wiki Germany, for example, you get somewhat longer summaries on the desired topic.
• With this skill, you can even navigate through the entire Wikipedia article and have the entire content read aloud if desired.
