- First, you need to go to the login page of your PSN account. There you will find the tab "Problems logging in?". A tab will open where you will find the option "Reset password". This you click on.
- Now enter your login ID or your email address.
- Per email PSN sends you a secure link. This you must follow and enter the required information. Then you can set a new password and confirm it.
- Now you can log in to PSN again.
