Power reserve is a feature of your Apple Watch that automatically turns on when the Apple Watch battery level is too low. You can tell if the power reserve is active by the lightning bolt icon that appears next to the current time on the watch display. In addition, however, you also have the option of switching on the power reserve manually.- To do this, swipe up on the watch face of the Apple Watch to open its control center.
- Tap on the battery percentage display there and move the slider next to the "Power reserve" entry to the right to activate the power-saving mode.
- Please note that the connection between Apple Watch and iPhone is disconnected in power reserve and the watch shuts down completely.
