Which banks are part of the Cash Group? We clarify

Despite increasing online payments, the availability of cash is still an important issue. Cash Group is an association of several banks to make it easier to access.

Withdrawals are free only at the house bank - this is basically true until today. The banks in the Cash Group help each other out to offer customers more options.

Cash Group: Four major banks join

The Cash Group consists of the following banks and their ATMs:

• Deutsche Bank
• Commerzbank
• HypoVereinsbank
• Postbank

These are four large, established banks, each with several million customers. The possibilities for cash withdrawals are thus very large, since, for example, a Commerzbank customer can get money without additional fees at Postbank, HVB and Deutsche Bank. The same applies to cash deposits.
