Tinder: video chat - this is the new feature

The video chat was also introduced in Germany at the end of October 2020 to give users the opportunity to at least communicate online face to face.

Tinder: How video chat works

In the Tinder app, the function is called "Face to Face".

• Both users must first have found each other by match.
• The start of the video chat works as follows: Both users must activate the function. In the process, they do not see whether the other has also done so.
• There is only a notification when the activation has occurred on both sides. Then one of the users can start the video call, as it is also possible in other apps.
