Follow these steps to find out which iOS version you have installed on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
2. In the overview, tap "General" and then select the "About" item.
3. Scroll down to the "Software version" item. There you will find the version number, which tells you which iOS version you have installed on your device.

Alternatively, you can also use iTunes to find out which version of the operating system you have installed. To do this, simply connect your device via USB to the computer and open iTunes. Select your device in the list and switch to the "General" tab. There you will find all the information about the installed iOS version.

Turn on automatic updates

To avoid missing any updates, when a new update is available, you will receive a notification. In the settings of your iOS device, you can also activate the automatic update function. New updates will then be automatically downloaded and installed at night, as soon as the device is connected to the mains.
