Unlike older Sky receivers, it is no longer possible to adjust the volume directly on the receiver with the Sky Q model. If it was previously possible to set the volume for the TV and receiver separately, only the regulation of the TV volume is now feasible with the Sky Q remote control.

To adjust the volume when watching a series or movie with your Sky Q receiver, you need the volume up and down buttons on the remote control. However, in order to use the remote control, it is necessary to pair it with your TV beforehand.

1. To pair the Sky Q remote control with your TV, please first press the "Home" button on the remote control and open the settings.
2. Navigate to "Setup" > "Remote Control" in the settings and select your Sky Q remote control.
