Testing Zoom - here's how to do it
Zoom has now established itself as one of the most popular applications on the market in the field of video telephony. To avoid technical problems during a real conversation, you can try out Zoom's microphone and camera settings in a test meeting.
Test Zoom
A test meeting at Zoom is an ideal way to familiarize yourself with the application's user interface. However, for this you will need the desktop version of Zoom. In the link to the test meeting, click the blue "Join" button. Once you are in the test meeting, you can perform various tests:- Speakers: the application will start a ringtone, through which you can determine whether your speakers are working and the volume is set correctly.
- Microphone: click on "Participate with computer audio". You can now speak into the microphone and determine if the audio quality is sufficient by playing it again.
- Camera: In the settings menu, click "Video" to preview your camera.
