Want to take another photo, but the memory of your iPhone is full because when you bought it, you didn't have the necessary change for a version with more memory? The iPhone's internal memory cannot be upgraded after the fact. However, you can digitally expand your storage space.

How to expand iPhone storage space?

If your iPhone storage space is full, you can, for example, expand iCloud or use other free cloud services such as Google Drive or Dropbox. You can also resort to a protective case with built-in storage.

1. To use a case with built-in storage, you need to download an app that allows you to access it. Most of the time, the app is provided by the manufacturer.
2. However, if you need more than 64 GB extra, the best choice is an external storage disk with WLAN function. This offers its own WLAN network and lets you exchange data directly. However, you also have to download an additional app here.
3. Another option is online storage. If you have a data flat rate or a very high data volume, you can store up to 15 GB at Google Drive, for example. You can also upgrade the iCloud storage.
4. With OneDrive and DropBox, you get another 5 and 2 GB, respectively. So if you use all the free storage services, you end up with an additional 22 GB of storage.
