To not only uninstall your Steam games, but completely delete them from your game library, you will need the help of support. You can reach this either by opening Steam's help page in your browser and logging in, or via the Steam app on your PC.- Using the Steam app, first click on "Help" there and then on "Steam Support".
- Now navigate to "Games, Software, etc." to view the list of all your most recently purchased games and select the game you want to permanently remove from your library.
- If the game you are looking for is not displayed there, use the search function to find the game this way.
- Highlight the game you want to delete and click "I want to permanently remove this game from my account".
- Finally confirm the displayed warning to have the game and all associated DLC and purchases deleted from your library by Steam.
