How to install Java on Windows 10
The Java programming language is used on many websites. Therefore, in order for these pages to be displayed to you properly, it is necessary to install Java on your computer. Since the release of Java 8, this is easily possible on Windows 10. However, this only applies when using Firefox or Internet Explorer. If you use Microsoft Edge, however, the installation of Java is not possible.- To install Java on Windows 10, please first close all open browser windows.
- Then download from the Internet the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Java suitable for your computer.
- To start the installation, double-click on the EXE file and follow the further instructions.
- If you still want to make changes to the configuration of Java after installation, please type "Java" in the Start menu and click "Configure Java".
