The Toniebox is a kind of speaker for children. You can use the Toniecloud account to control the volume of the box or even extend the access rights to the account. With the Toniebox, you let your child listen to stories and music. In addition, the box is built with children in mind.

How to restart the Toniebox

With the Toniebox, it is possible for you to keep your child busy with audio games and stories. If an error occurs, you can usually solve it by restarting.

1. If you want to restart the Toniebox, it must definitely not be on the charging station. If you try to restart the box on the charging station, it will automatically be reset to factory settings. This automatically deletes all settings and content.
2. Turn the box so that it is upside down and the ears point down.
3. Then you need to hold the two ears simultaneously. Do this until you hear a sound signal. The process may take a few seconds.
4. The cube will now restart.
5. Then you have to wait again until the box is fully started. Once the LED on the device is green again, the process is complete and you can use the box again as usual.
