With these steps you can change the location for your backups on iPhone
Many users don't want to use the default location for backups, as they can take up a lot of memory over time. Basically, it is done by moving the backup folder to another location. Still, after all, you don't want future backups to be created in the same place again. Therefore, proceed as follows:- Change the location of the backup folder by moving it to any location.
- You will find the files under the path "C:\User\[YOUR NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup".
- To see the folder, you must enable the display of hidden folders in the display settings.
- Now open the command line via the key combination [WIN] + [R]. Enter "cmd" in the following text field and confirm.
- Now enter "cd c:\" to land in the correct directory and then use the following command: "mklink /j "C:\User\[YOUR NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup" "d:\itunes\backup"
- In the second part of the command, specify the path to which you moved the backup folder.
