You can perform a firmwire update for your Galaxy Buds+ on any device:

• The mobile app should normally get automatic updates. However, this also depends on your smartphone's update settings. To be on the safe side, you can open the app and check there under "Software update for earphones" if there is an update.
• To perform the update on the PC, you need the Galaxy Buds Manager. The program is free and exists for Windows 10 and macOS. You then connect your Galaxy Buds+ via pairing mode in the open charging case and see in the software whether an update is available.
