With the free messenger service WhatsApp you have the opportunity to not only communicate with friends, family and acquaintances in writing and by phone, you can also exchange pictures, videos as well as many other files with each other. Of course, using the app is also possible on your Galaxy Z Fold 2.

Galaxy Z Fold 2: Install WhatsApp in a few minutes

To use the free service on your Galaxy Z Fold 2, only two requirements are necessary. Thus, on the one hand, you need a stable Internet connection via WLAN or via mobile data and, on the other hand, a SIM card.

1. First, turn on your Galaxy Z Fold 2.
2. Now navigate to the "Play Store" app and open it.
3. Now look for the app WhatsApp in the search box that appears.
4. Once you have found WhatsApp, then click on the app and open it.
5. Nun drücken Sie das grün unterlegte „Jetzt installieren“.
6. Warten Sie ein paar Minuten, bis die Installation fertigstellt ist.
7. Anschließend navigieren Sie in Ihren Apps zu „WhatsApp“.
8. Klicken Sie das Symbol an und öffnen Sie damit die App.
9. Jetzt bestätigen Sie die AGBs, indem Sie auf „Akzeptieren und fortfahren“ klicken.
10. Nun müssen Sie Ihre Telefonnummer eingeben. An diese erhalten Sie anschließend einen Bestätigungscode, den Sie entweder über das Tastenfeld eingeben oder der automatisch von Ihrem Gerät erkannt wird.
11. Geben Sie anschließend Ihren gewünschten Nutzernamen ein.
12. Optional können Sie auch ein Profilbild hochladen.
13. Klicken Sie auf „Weiter“ und „Fertig“ und schon ist WhatsApp einsatzbereit.
