Vodafone: tariff change - how to do it

While you used to have to go to a Vodafone store, today you can quickly and easily change your tariff online. For this, you only need your password as well as your stored e-mail address and you can change the Vodafone tariff yourself.

Vodafone: this is how you have to proceed with a tariff change

First, you should have your data ready to log in to Vodafone. Then you can start with the tariff search.

1. Dial in on your computer or on your smartphone the MyVodafone app by entering your login details.
2. You will now see all your contract components in the menu under the item "My tariff".
3. If you go to "Details & other tariffs", you can view special offers as well as comparable options.
4. Have you decided on a tariff, then click on the option "Change tariff".
5. Click on the appropriate tariff that is displayed to you and confirm the terms of use.
6. Save the new information. Once you log in again, you will see the new contract terms.
7. Vodafone will still send you the new details of your contract via mail or by mail and you should add the components to your documents.

This is what you should pay attention to when switching

If you have customized your previous contract with extras and options, these are not automatically transferred to your new contract. You will therefore have to rebook all the services you want. Also remember that it is no longer possible to switch from a current to an old tariff.
