To start a career as a scientist in the Sims 4, the first step is to look for a job. This can be done either by phone or on the computer. To do this, select the phone and click first on the "house icon" and then on "Search job". On the computer, go to the job search alternatively to "Career" > "Search job". If you choose a career as a scientist in The Sims 4, you'll usually start in a scientific laboratory, where you'll only be allowed to produce and test various serums for the time being.
