In Nintendo's eShop, you can buy games and additional content digitally. Thanks to rechargeable credit, this is possible without any bank details at all. So that you can top up your Nintendo account, you have several options to choose from. You also have a choice of payment methods.

Credit cards for the Nintendo eShop are available in three price ranges: 15, 25 and 50 euros. This gradation is important because not all credit cards are available at all retailers. In the meantime, however, there are many other ways to top up the credit on your Nintendo account. If you don't have any credit on your account at the moment, you can still buy content online. You will then have various payment methods at your disposal through which you can pay for the content. Basically, you can buy eShop credit cards online as well as offline. The purchase is possible at many retailers:- Electronic retailers and gaming specialists such as Conrad, Saturn, MediaMarkt or GameStop
- Department stores and supermarkets such as Kaiser's, REWE, Kaufland or Kaufhof
- Petrol stations such as Agip and Aral
- Regional lottery companies (for example Lotto Hamburg and Lotto Berlin)
- Alternatively, you can buy eShop credits directly at PayPal. For this, you only need to select an amount and log in with your PayPal account. By e-mail you will then receive the code.
