Zelda: Breath of the Wild: Thunder Helmet - how to find it

In Zelda: Breath of the Wild you will find various equipment that can help you in battle. Among these is the Thunder Helmet, which you can find with the Gerudo treasure. But in order for you to come across this treasure, you must first prove yourself in some missions.

How to find the Thunder Helmet in Zelda: Breath of the Wild

The first time you see the Thunder Helmet in Breath of the Wild is during the main mission, where you have to get it for Riju from the Yiga hideout. However, you won't be able to really use the helmet until later. After you win against Ganon's Thunder Curse, go back to the throne room to Riju. Here you can examine the Thunder Helmet and make it clear that you are interested in it. However, you will not receive the helmet until you have completed various side quests.
  1. The quest "The Moldora Heart" starts during the day at Malena in the west of the city. In this you have to get the Maldora heart from a monster in the Gerudo desert and then bring it back to Malena.
  2. For the second quest "Noble Stones" you have to talk to Aisha and then get ten flints.
  3. In the quest "The Search for Baretta" you have to search for Baretta in the desert for the trainer Lanja.
  4. The fourth and last quest you have to complete is "The Polluter". For this you need to talk to the crying child Talia in the north of the city. Your task is to find the person who pollutes the water source.
  5. Once you have completed all four quests, talk to Riju to get the helmet.
