A permanently free use of Netflix is not possible. A free model, such as sometimes exists with music streaming services, does not exist with Netflix. In practice, therefore, only two options remain open:

• You use Netflix via the account of an acquaintance who gives you the access data. This is not officially permitted by Netflix, but it is tolerated. Strictly speaking, however, Netflix is not free in this case - only you yourself do not have to bear the costs.
• Officially, the free use is only possible for one month, per trial month for new customers, as explained here. After all, this allows you to choose the most expensive subscription, which allows 4K resolution and multiple users at the same time.

Other options are not available. So if you plan to use Netflix permanently, there is only a way around the paid subscription if you can access another account.
