Improve valheim: forge - how to do it

In the beginning there is the workbench, later the forge is added and opens up more crafting options for you. You can also upgrade the forge gradually and we explain how to do it.

Always better: the forge is where advanced items go - all the more so with upgrades.

We've already explained how to improve the workbench in this guide. With the forge it goes quite similarly.

Valheim: How to improve the forge

The forge is improved just like the workbench by placing more objects.

• One level higher you switch the forge with the anvil, for which you need 5 wood and 2 bronze.
• Another upgrade object is the forge cooling device (25 precious wood, 10 copper).
• In addition, there is the bellows (5 wood, 5 deer skin, 4 chains), the forge tool rack (10 wood, 15 iron) and the grinding stone (25 wood, 1 Sharpened stone).

In total, you can thus bring the forge to level 6, which gives you access to the best production capabilities.
