The two ultimately influence each other: the better your regeneration, the faster your stamina will be restored. And the more stamina you have, the longer it takes for regeneration to become important.
  • You increase the length of your stamina bar specifically by eating. The highest values provide fish rolls (+90) and snake stew (+80).
  • However, these meals are only available late. In the early and midgame, the carrot soup (+60 stamina) offers, also sausages are not bad with +40.
  • The regeneration, on the other hand, you can increase through potions such as mead as well as buffs. The latter include the power of Eikthyr and the rested bonus.
Not to mention, the stamina consumption is also reduced in some activities by increasing skill level. This also helps you last longer until the bar is empty. Keep in mind that conversely, there are also effects that negatively affect your stamina, such as the debuffs for cold (at night) and wet (in the rain, water, and swamp).
