Samsung Galaxy A90: How to perform a soft reset

If your Samsung Galaxy no longer responds to touches or key presses, this can be caused by software problems. Most of the time, these can already be fixed by restarting the device. Since a normal restart of the Samsung Galaxy A90 is not possible when the device stops responding, it is necessary to force the restart. This process is also known as soft reset.

1. To perform a soft reset, please press the "Power Button" and the "Volume Down Button" of the Samsung Galaxy A90 at the same time.
