If the screen of your Honor View 20 freezes and no longer responds to inputs, this is often due to a problem with the software. To fix this, it is often already sufficient to restart the device. Since you cannot restart the Honor View 20 in the normal way when it hangs, your only option is to perform a soft reset, which forces the device to restart.

1. To perform a soft reset of the Honor View 20, please press and hold the device's "Power" button for at least 15 seconds.
2. Then release it again when the logo of the device manufacturer appears on the display and the Honor View 20 restarts.
