To ensure that your Amazon account is protected from third-party access at all times, you should change your password regularly. You can do this directly in your account settings.

1. Log in with your account on amazon.de.
2. Click on "My Account" at the top.
3. Select the entry "My Account".
4. Then click on "Log in and Security".
5. You will now receive an email to the address you entered. Open it and confirm that you want to access your account information. To do this, click on "Please approve or reject".
6. You will be redirected to a web page where you click on "Approve".
7. There you will see the entry "Password". Click "Edit" to the right of it.
