1. Turn off the phone and remove the SIM card and the holder.
2. Heat the back of the device with a heat gun. The phone is very stuck and must be heated again and again until the back comes off.
3. Place a suction cup on the bottom of the back and use a metal spatula to separate the two halves. Be very careful when doing so, as the screen scratches easily.
4. Once you have created a slight opening between the display and the back cover, use several picks to detach the back cover from the front.
5. When removing the back cover, make sure that you separate the fingerprint sensor.
